Redux vs Balands mod

Does anybody use either?
Both have character changes and I'm pretty sure Redux has some better end-game stuff but so far I think I like Balands mayhem levels much more on top of their weapon changes.
Thoughts?

edit: turns out Redux removes anointments and balands doesnt. I was trying to make up my mind on which to use but based on that knowledge I think Redux wins. I hate anointments
