Mayhem 10 and 11 today
So i've heard that M11 is glitched and have the same drops % as M10 , is this information still valid today or its fixed and its half drop now ?

Info is still valid. Game hasnt seen an update in a looooooooooooooong time.

The game was updated just last year bringing some significant quality of life changes. However M11 still provides the same stats as M10 without the annoying modifiers generally attached to Mayhem mode.
