Borderlands 3 DLCs I hoped we had before Borderlands 4.

I really wished we had a Winter-themed/Christmas-themed DLC for Borderlands 3 before B4. Or a DLC with Dr.Zed & Firestone.

Since B4 is going to abbandon many characters from B1-3, this feels like an unfinished business.

Bl4 isn’t out so we don’t know what characters aren’t returning besides zane. As for Zed there is some sort of issue with the original voice actor and gearbox it’s unliking he’ll return and he wasn’t that much of a character short of the borderlands 1 dlc.

BL3 didn't get close to the DLC treatment that BL2 did. Would be nice if they reconsider all the DLCs they did before, including a couple extra characters, for the next iteration. BL4 has a lot of work to do, both to live up to the legacy left by the first 3 games (counting Pre Sequel) and to make up for BL3.
