Tie one hand behind your back.

Well - yes.
If you don't want the easy game with the super-easy character then you'd better not use Bear.

It's a good thing they made Iron Bear scale with Mayhem lvls, there was a time when this wasn't the case and Iron Bear was close to useless. Now at least, if you want to build around Iron Bear, that's a viable option. And if we want to talk about too strong, Zane's clone also receives crazy scaling and can absolutely obliterate even the most powerfull raid bosses with the right weapon in hand.
to answer your questions , yes iron bear scales up with chaos levels , like zane digiclone.
Amara can be very strong too but she is more gear dependant , and fl4k too . if you find the game too easy you can still nerf yourself by not playing absurd weapons and still find challenge in true trials and hemovorous at chaos 10 . Chaos 11 is for people you doesn't like chaos 10 or want to farm easily stuff from chaos 10 ( at reduced rate ). I personally doesn't like weapons that were so strong by themselves aka sandhawk , faisor , etc ... i don't play them and my friends too . When you steamroll every content of the game there is no fun , at least in our opinions.
thank you guys
All characters are strong with the right builds

Strong enough yes - but there is more than a 10x difference in damage-output due to how bugged it is (despite some fanboys having to lie about that)

Still not ready to acknowledge that Mayhem scaling is a legitimate mechanic I see.
Haven't gotten to playing Moze yet.
Is she like a "Gunzerker" of Borderlands 3? (In terms of raw "totally fair and balanced" power)

I'd say so. Moze gets most of her absurd power from how Iron Bear & a few key talents scale with Mayhem. Fire in the Skag Den gives Moze's splash damage 15% bonus incendiary damage, and Big Surplus gives her 15% bonus incendiary damage while Iron bear is on cooldown. That doesn't sound insane on paper, but both of these scale with Mayhem level, becoming 31x as powerful at Mayhem 10/11, and able to be fairly easily used together for a massive damage boost to splash damage while her action skill is on cooldown.

And that's not even mentioning the Mayhem scaling on Iron Bear or her blue tree's capstone Short Fuse which makes 20% of your projectiles explode, which then feeds right back into Fire in the Skag Den. So yeah, I'd say she's pretty similar to Salvador in terms of power. Plus her green tree can give her 8% lifesteal while sprinting, so she has a built-in Grog Nozzle too.

She's somewhat of a combination of Axton and Salvador from BL2. While she is pretty strong and there is an argument that she may be the strongest vault hunter in BL3, I don't think she's as strong as Salvador if we compare how well they perform in their respective games. Salvador is so much above all the other vault hunters in BL2 that there is absolutely no contest and he can utterly trivialize the entirety of the content even at endgame. In BL3, all the vault hunters are insanely strong in their own rights, so if Moze is the strongest, she's not that much above the rest of the cast, and there are definitely things that other vault hunters are better at than Moze, while in BL2, appart from very specific techs, there's not really anything that other vault hunters are better at than Salvador.
