Max level cap without dlc?
What is the level cap without dlc please, and do any dlc increase the cap ? :)

every DLC has a few levels increase I think 64 is with all DLC? not 100% sure

The lvl cap is 65 with or out DLC. So there is no need DLC to reach max lvl.

dlc doesn't change anything regarding level cap, it's always 65

hey its not that funny for half of the games it has been like that BL1 and BL2 only gave the level inc reas when owning DLC, I had no idea they changed it for TPS and this

In Borderlands 3 where you don't need DLC to reach max lvl (that can change from the future).
