Is there possible, to catch a Re-Volter with 3 Absorbs?
I did to many runs and nothing, neither with 2 absorbs. I have no luck :(

According to Lootlemon[www.lootlemon.com], there are 16 shield augments. Getting 3 of the same augment is 1 in 4096 chance.

Edit: It may be even worse than that since one of the augment slots could be empty.

Hope you have a decent playlist of music or videos to listen to while doing so. It'll take A LOT of farming to get what you want. You might even want to settle for two absorb parts. 30% is still pretty good at the end of the day.
