I think that option is a HUGE RED FLAG - It shows clearly the problem that BL3 has:
Nearly all equipment is worthless as you get showered with purple and higher equipment.
Rare is not "rare" by any means.
In BL2 you would hardly ever use white equipment, green was still something rare to use. And even that is just backwards.
But in BL3 they went bonkers. Why have white equipment when you are near guaranteed to get a similar blue/purple?
Legendaries should be legendary. They need to be rare and feel impactful when you get them.
