Crimson radio hack does not register in planetary trials, need some help.

Hello, i have an annoying bug and i don't know how to fix it. I hacked the radio in the anvil on Eden 6, it registered on the map, but NOT in the "trials" screen? i don't know if it is the name in english... where you need to do achievements on the planet.

I hacked it, but it doesn't register there, still 0% but it is counted as hacked on the map. When i quit and relog, it switched back to the COV radio, but on the map it still count as if i hacked it, i hack it again, but still not registered in the trial menu so i get neither the XP nore the loot... Does someone knows how i can fix that?

There are 2 radios in The Anvil. I don't know which one you have already found, so here's the location of both:
1. Exit the building where you meet Tina. Go straight and turn left before you enter the building where you get the bomb parts. The radio is on top of some large containers.
2. After you cross the bridge there is a tower on the right. The radio is on top of the tower.

Thx! That was indeed the problem, who would've guessed that completing 1/2 of the radios would still count as 0%? Perfectly logical! xD

When there are multiple of a item in an area there is usually a seperate listing for each one in the challenges.
