Playing on Mayhem 11, so I'm aware of the reduced droprates compared to 10.

Lootlemon says the Tink of Cunning has a 50% droprate. I have killed him 20 times and not seen a single rifle. Is Lootlemon out of date?

I've had slightly more luck from Eista, who only has a 15% chance to drop it.

The only difference between M11 and M10 is the lack of modifiers. Ignore what it says in the menu description.

Also, as far as I know, dedicated drop rates are not affected by mayhem level or any other luck modifier. Those only affect world drop rates. The exception is that certain mayhem exclusive drops will not drop below their designated mayhem level (e.g. M6 for the Monarch), but the drop rate is the fixed at that level or above.

Tink of Cunning only has 50% drop rate on True Trials mode. Make sure you enable it at the start of the map.

Personally I would stick to farming Eista. The drop rate may be lower, but with the right setup you can defeat him very quickly.
