This skips all dialogue in the game, rendering it playable.
What about the autistic pyromaniac little girl or Scooter and his sister or everyone else that wouldn't shut the hell up though? Also the point of Jack talking nonstop was so they could do a journo jerk and have at least one "character" - this was back in the heyday of the Millennial writers thinking that people monologuing for the entire thing about their feelings like it was a one-act play constituted character development.
In reality the writing for the Borderlands series was always quite terrible and the only people that survived it were children when BL 1 and 2 came out.
