BL3 does not work DLC

Yesterday I purchased a free Pandora's Box pack with all the DLC, but when I enter the game, these DLC are not displayed and it says that I need to buy them, what should I do in this case?

Yes, when installing the game, all the checkboxes are in the dlc

DLC was given for free on Steam, I added it to my account and they are displayed in “manage additional content”, all the checkboxes for their activation are there, but when you click “new game” --> “start DLC” the red light is on and it says that they are I need to buy them even though I have them

When I tried to click on the poster "Arms race" it said "go to the store to buy add-ons" but I already solved the problem, tried to restore the integrity of the files, and it turns out that it was so that the game did not fully load
