Do you still play this game?
So, I love the game in the past, and I tried every characters at least once, we played the story multiple times.

But now I feel like I really no longer have any content to enjoy left. The problem is that I still occasionally miss the game and I feel like I want to play the game. Is there anyone who has already done everything on the game and still been playing the game? How are you enjoying the game, and what contents are you mainly enjoying?
Also, I wonder if some overhaul mods like Redux actually change the game enough to make it feel different.

Gotta agree there. Getting a legendary shield and weapon at lvl. 11 kinda cheapened the whole feel and mystique of them. I can see why the devs did it though; they probably wanted the more casual players to experience the dopamine hit and get them to keep playing.

Still love playing this game coop with friends (the online is a lot better then in previous titles), only thing that really gets the wind out of my sails is waiting for the cringey and way too long dialogues in the base game to end and the entirety of eden-6. And Ava just existing. However, there are ways to delete the quest dialogues and eden-6 you can just ignore all the side missions and rush through it I suppose. And Ava, while being one of the worst characters I have ever seen in a game, does not bother me enough to stop playing. After a while her voice just become white noise.

It's no BL2 for sure, but BL2 aged somewhat poorly (especially the gunplay) and while I still consider it leagues above BL3, and one of my fav games of all time, going back to it after BL3 makes it very noticable what BL3 improved massively over 2. Mainly the level syncing in coop. Having to make dozens of characters for seperate singleplayer use and for seperate groups of friends is very tedious.

So I'm still playing this game not because of what it does right, but of what BL2 does wrong (mainly due to age and technical limitations, but still)

I'm anxiously awaiting someone to make a potential spiritual successor to Borderlands, but until then, seeing how Destiny 2 has been on a downhill slope for a while now, there simply isn't another looter shooter alternative that gets anywhere near close to BL2 (or even BL3, somehow).

And no, I don't count Warframe. I love Warframe but that game is vastly different.
