Strange glitch at the Crater Edge

I have passed (almost) one of the Bounty of blood DLC's main stories, i.e. I've defeated Rose at the crater, then I've defeated the Ruiner. I've managed to collect some loot which fell out from him and saw from afar a kind of opening or gap in the rocks below the entrance to the crater with the marker "Collect the bounty". And then suddenly the game crashed completely. I re-started the game, reloaded thre session, but.... the Reuiner is defeated, the crater is empty, ni opening or gap in the rocks any more. And the marker "Collect the bounty" is still active but it is located deep down withon the rocks. I can't get there. Did anyoone encounter such glitch? Is there another entrance into the bounty location?

Normally there is a hole in the wall (cave) with a fast travel station and chest inside.
If the game gets interrupted the hole might close.
The collect bounty marker normally leads you back to Vestige which you fast travel to.
Then you get directed to blackstone plaza for a bit of a celebration and some thanks.
After that you are directed to "collect the bounty" from the vault at the nearby bank.
So the bounty is actually back at Vestige.

Thanks a lot! I've already collected the bounty in the Vestige and closed the quest. But, indeed, the cave never appeared again and the "collect bounty" marker was trying to lead me inside the closed wall (where the cave should be))))
