kings call/queen's call still good?

Are these pistols still good in this meta? All I have for reference is a level 50 video where flak had a fade away that lasted forever and every shot was critical. According to some spreadsheet I looked up kings call/queen's call are in the top shelf alongside things like the flipper, is this true?

It's in a good place compared to others, but it's viability decreases as you go up in mayhems.

Are there any rankings where they compare uniques against legendaries? Aka is dakota tier S or tier A or tier B, etc.
