I looked on steamdb, there are some countries where the pack is no longer available, but the banner is still on the BL3 page. Kind messed up to take out the pack during the sale.

Dunno what the details of localization are in your region.

I would think that would be an issue between Steam and your local Region, rather than any issue with 2K, but that's just a guess on my part.

A very likely region is since Pandora's Box includes all DLC, that certain regions don't have it because there is one DLC they are scared of and must tell their people they are not allowed to enjoy it.

If it is no longer available in your region, have someone do it for you using the Steam Gift function and pay the person for it, of course only with people you trust, so that you don't end up left empty-handed.

I thought I read something about stuff in certain countries that ends up being under a certain price say 1$ then it wont be available in that country......and I am pretty sure its a steam thing not the developer

All the content from the pack is available separately.

Without the regional price, it is more affordable to buy everything separately.

Buying one of the Bundles when it's on sale is usually the cheapest way to go.

At the time I purchased the Pandora's Box collection, there was a large amount of Borderlands content on sale (possibly all of it, but I didn't check in detail).

If I'd purchased the specific content (that I was interested in) separately the price to me would have been $30 USD. But the Pandora's Box Collection gave me all that content (and the Tales games, as well as the HD texture packs for some of the older games) all for $23 USD.

So ... overall, the Bundles usually represent an additional savings.

I suggest waiting for the sales though. There should be a big Steam store-wide sale coming up, usually sometime around the Winter Holidays.

I can't promise that 2K will choose to participate, but ... it's likely, they usually do.

We are both from Brazil. The game was removed from the Brazilian store during the last store wide sale, and added back after the sale was over.

You can click on the name of the person who posted the message ( right of their profile picture ) and select "view profile". That usually is going to give you from where that person is from.
