Then she exit the ion bear i died
It happen the same place over and over

With the gurdian and the portals

Are you sure it is not the Crystals that need charging running out of time then exploding? The transition is pretty absent and does not down u, just instantly teleports you back as if you insta-died like when using the Rogue Lite mayhem modifier.
