Borderlands 3 Missing characters.

So as of writing this (September 13th, 2020) we still have no idea where these characters are or what they're up to: Salvador, Axton, Dr. Zed, Athena (+Janey) and I'm probably missing a few others but honestly these were on the top of my head. These characters have either been playable vault hunters in previous games or have had some kind of significant impact on the games (especially Zed). I know in Zed's case the VA (voice actor) was going through some personal issues at the time and that's perfectly acceptable, at least we got a valid reason for him not being in the game or any of the DLC's. As for the other characters I don't think Gearbox has said anything about them and they sure as ♥♥♥♥ aren't anywhere in the game which is dissapointing as a fan and player of the series who cares more about the story and characters then how fun it is to shoot mindlessly at enemies for hours at a time (I'm not saying this isn't fun but I really do care more about the writing then the gameplay). I hope that in the future before this game dies out we get an answer as to where these other lovable characters are because it seems strange to not include them considering they had such important roles in the previous games. My thought process is "why would they include more then half of the playable characters/vault hunters in this game but not the rest?" I really have no clue. If anybody has any information to share please comment below I'd love to talk about it with other fans.

It's almost like the devolpers know how to tell tales...

Unfortuenetly no I never played it in time. I've always wanted to especially now because so much of it's story is incorporated into BO3 but I missed my chance and sadly I won't be able to experience it

Story good - you can just watch it on YouTube.

Playing it was not "super fun" it had a lot of pointless things to click on for trivial dialog or pull up pointless information with SIERRAS like jokes when you scan them with Rhyz's cyber eye.

Honestly the story was soso, it was fine. The telling of the story was of course well done.

Problem I will complain is how story telling is done in all other BL games.
I really dont like how the main players are "silent partners" in the story with little expression or interaction with the choices the team makes.

Even many games like Crono Trigger or any other game with silent protagonist do a better job story telling.

I always felt it was a weird choice they made in BL games and it always feels awkward to me, anyways.

In the last Dlc (wich is mthfckin garbage) Maya told me that Axton was actually making a carreer of top model, that was a french quote as i play the game in french (sounds logical as i'm french ) so i can guarantee the original quote was sayin exactly the same thing.

I say that because i found several posters of Ax(xx)ton in game, and he looks more alike a porn actor, i guess Moxxxi helped him or kind of endorsed him because of the addition of the 2 X in Axton's name.

Why won't you ? you should play it, really worth the money, that's a really cool addition to BL lore, and characters you encountered in BL3 are even better (imo) in Tales of, and i don't even talk about those who are not in BL3 (fiona would have made a great VH in a traditional BL game)

i don't know for Sal and tbh i don't mind at all as i hated this stupid overcheated char, for my defense i'm a Zer0 fan and ... you know... nothing to compare them !

We actualy know what Aurelia and Wilhelm(and so for Clappy) became...

They butchered those characters in bl3 Rhys isn’t even the same voice actor.

There’s some background stuff of him in certain dlc. No need to be salty because he was and still is a busted character.

i don't know for this and, frenchy's privilege, in my language voices hasn't changed, but yeah i agree they were butchered quite a bit but nothing to compare with Krieg... this one got the golden rotten award, shame on you 2k/gbx

im not salty but i really don't like this char, and not because overcheated but just because of what he is, zero has so much coolness that doesn't have Sal at all, but that's only my opinion and i respect those who love him but sorry.. i can't myself you know... tastes and colours

One is an edgy assassin the other Brick if he was actually good. They are both blood thirsty murders you play in first person.
