Possible fix for stuttering issues on high end pc

This something I found digging the reddit community, don't remember which post.

Try using these launching arguments :
-NOTEXTURESTREAMING
-USEALLAVAILABLECORES

My friend had stuttering issues with a high end pc and this fixed his framerate pretty good.

These are certainly helping on my medium-end PC (4GB of vram and 16GB ram). Stuttering is a lot less severe, but it's still there, especially in Sanctuary and driving around in Downtown Meridian. A better gpu is needed.

That is not a gpu issue. The game is poorly optimized

While I agree that it's poorly optimized, the performance got so much better when I upgraded to a RTX 3050. The 8GB of vram removed the stuttering. Have to keep using lower settings for 60 fps unfortunately, but at least the game is very playable now.

People have these problems with RX 6900 XT and RTX 3080 - the game simply has many problems.
heck, just earlier i had the game bug-crash when closing it: It was "closed" but still running the process and stressing the GPU.

What a weird bug. I haven't seen that one. Probably not gonna anytime soon cause I uninstalled BL3 a few months ago. I don't find it as fun or entertaining as the previous games.
