borderlands 3 twitchy wheels

i'm playing in the droughts like on a youtube i watched
and the twitchy wheels arent appearing...

then they did appear... as i was about to send this...

had to blow up about 8 cars before they appeared

have fun... stay safe stay at home steralise your controllers and play BL3
