glitched quest markers?

In the main quest Angels and Speed Demons, the prompt says "go to garage." I go to the Fast Travel station, follow the quest markers to Pandora then to Devil's Razor, and materialize. I then see the quest markers on both Fast Travel stations on the map. Thinking that I clicked the wrong area, I follow the quest markers to Pandora then to Devil's Razor. The blurb for "go to garage" doesn't have an area in the description, so I don't even know if I'm in the right location. Even if I look for a walk through, if he quest marker is not at the proper area to activate, it wouldn't make a difference. I've quit and restarted the game several times and still have he same problem. Any ideas what is going on and a possible solution? I would hate to start a new character now that I've leveled myself up to 47.

(iirc) Garage is accessed via a door in Tannis' secret lab (in Konrad's Hold), available after you've retrieved the reactor. Vaughn is waiting in garage to transport reactor to Roland's Rest.

I must have missed that part of the quest. I thought I finished Konrad's Hold. Will go back and check. Thanks for the quick response.
