Is it worth it to even bother doing this? I spent a great deal of time on it and got near the end of it, one of the enemies glitched and became completely immortal forcing me to quit out and have to restart the entire thing from the beginning.. Is this rare, or will I have to spend hours and hours redoing it until it doesn't glitch?

Never happened to me, hopefully it was just a one time thing.

Thank goodness it didn't happen again. I did the CoV one too without issue. The CoV one was fun!

Personally this never happened to me, just move on and hope its just a one off type of thing.

enemies can occasionally glitch out of the arena as well, sometimes in Maliwan Takedown as well

I've only encountered enemies glitching out of bounds in the Cistern of Slaughter, never anywhere else, especially the Maliwan Takedown.

Had it happen to me on PS4. Cistern is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ too with flying enemies. Doesn't work with projectiles. Game should be hitscan. Not enough ammo or health pick ups either, as usual with GBX.

Overall the arenas are a waste of time same as boss farming. Why bother? To kill what? There's nothing to do. Spend 100's of hours killing the same thing to just continue killing the same thing lol

Instead of complaining about them, just don't do them. Seriously, you're complaining about how its a waste of time, yet you have the completely easy option of just NOT doing it.

Happened again just now in the trial of discipline. This same ♥♥♥♥ used to happen frequently in digistruct peak & fink's slaughter house.

never had an issues , neither on PS4 pro, nor on my low to medium tier rig.
i actualy quite like em, to level grind (i avoid cheese/glitching usually, just my personal want) or to have a fun little diversion.
if you play legit, without "abusing" certain encounters/mechanics, it's actualy a good way to get some levels in.
