BL1 was comical.
BL2 felt like there was no impact.

Do sometimes see like coherent brains flying out though, pretty cool but still not BL1.

I dunno guess it depends on your preference. I like it, I think it's better than 2. At least elements though don't do cool stuff like 1.

Some people seem to not notice that you can still dismember dead enemies some.

i dont know how i feel about the 3 game,i didnt got any good weapons in 23 hours,quests didnt feel rewarding like in the 2 game,hell you get useless weapon trinkets as legendary rewards ffs,and i never use skins,trinkets etc......besides charakter heads and sometimes a cool skin (if i ever get one)
