BL3 Save Transfer: Lost Bank Items

I copied and pasted my bl3 saves into the steam folder and I don't have my bank items. Is there something I'm missing or is it gone perm?

you have to replace the profile file i think, same as how borderlands 2 kept bank and locker thing (i forgot what its called :monkaS: ) separate

As Eatthedead7 already mentioned, you have to copy the profile.sav. This savefile contains your bank, your Guardianranks and mails, keep that in mind before replacing it.

BL3 needs an option to transfer weapons between characters, BL2 had one but it was limited to 4 guns at a time.

It has one, the bank in your crew quarters is shared across all your characters.

oh really? I thought that acted like the BL2 bank, thanks for that

Yup, also, when upgrading the size of the bank (and the lost loot item machine) those upgrades are shared across all characters as well. So you only have to max the bank out once. Whereas the ammo SDU's are independent to each character.

I did transfer the profile file. My Guardian ranks transferred but my Bank did not.

then obviously the bank items are stored somewhere else. maybe because its supposed to be accessed across different characters or profiles, its stored in a master profile? i dunno, just guess work here.

I know it's laste for a reply but when you'll copy your profile file from the epic games to your steam save games folder just restart the game and you'll have all your bank items back, including your wep skins,emotes etc. At least that worked for me.
