Crash when trying to enter Ambermire

I'm at the part of the main quest where you enter Ambermire for the first time and the game keeps crashing in the loading screen during the level transition. It's only when trying to enter this specific place that it crashes.

Was wondering if anyone else had this problem, and how they managed to fix it if they did.

CPU:
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-9750H CPU @ 2.60GHz 2.59GHz

GPU:
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060

Ram:
16GB

having the same problem here. i tried updating my drivers and lowering the graphics quality but still no solution.

I managed to fix it by verifying the game files. I guess the map just didn't download properly or something.

Thanks! I was having the same problem and after verifying the game files it is now working correctly.
