SOLUTION GET:

- Latest NVIDIA Driver
- Latest Windows
- Enable Ultimate Power Mode Windows
- Turn Off Fog
- Change most settings to Medium depends on your RIG
- Download RTSS - Limit ur Framerate to a Number ur PC can Handle without drops
- Change Settings to Unlimited Frames that RTSS FPS limiter work.
- Download Razer Cortex and Enabel auto Optimize (More Ram by shutting down useless
windows background stuff and restarting them when you close the game)

Go in your Bios and enable XMP <- or -> A-XMP

Look at the frame dips i cant get it fixed or is gtx 1080 just to old?

runs with over 200 fps on dx12 cant reach 100 fps with dx11 in most areas

why would you upgrade from a gtx 1080? still a top card

Its the game - with many combinations of hardware (and even some software in the background) it causes problems. your card is more than strong enough.

The 1080 on FULL HD is enough. I am Playing 4K with a 2080 TI and got a fps average of 80.

I have a 1080ti, I get around 120fps stable. Driving dips it down to about 90. Its probably not your 1080, something else is choking you.
