SOLVED FOR MULTIPLAYER CONNECTION ISSUE

Download and install the free gold skins dlc for BL3, and then go to your properties and or dlc manager and disable the skin pack. This will solve your issues. I'm guessing that this was the pre order bonus, and the game didn't properly hand this out in steam that it is causing some kind of server dsync issues.

Hope this Helps. Also if you can't download just check your dlc in manager or properties and untick the dlc. Good luck happy grinding.

Why post bull***t? If network is down...it's down. Period. It was coming down and up few times. You just shot in up period. Simple as that
