They hit the nail on the head.
She doesn't annoy me enough to wish for her removal, however.
I can understand that.
But...is it possible that things only 'add up' because some players have inadvertently set the parameters for them to be able to add up?
Like the whole HUDscaling issue....the only players with that issue are the ones that choose to play games on massive monitors and/or multiple monitors...a huge monitor is a 'want'...not a 'need' for the vast majority. Those are really only *necessary* if you have poor eyesight, or are forced to sit uncomfortably far from the screen. To the players that fall under that umbrella, they have a valid argument. The gamers that don't fall under that umbrella....and have huge monitors just because they can afford it, or just want it that way...their reasoning for their argument, to me, is much less valid. I don't fault people for having a personal preference like that....but if your preference(coupled with lax developers) has created the issue...*shrug*(I'm just using this, because it's the most recent example of something that can be avoided through the efforts of both the developers *and* the gamers.)
On one hand...the developers really should fix something like that, especially given the fact that it was working already, then they removed it. On the other hand, some gamers want more than they need(hardware-wise), thus causing issues like this.
Simply making an option to kick/send her out or alternatively give VH option to leave the Sanctuary and join/make some other team would be great.
Once you realize that getting annoyed/upset/angry about anything is a personal choice, and that anything man-made is going to be flawed.... you reduce your likelihood of raised blood-pressure/heart attack/aneurism by a large margin. I chose long ago to stop letting games make my blood boil in such ways.
In a round-about way, I'm saying that there is no game, no bug, no glitch, no annoying character, and no broken game mechanic that I will allow to anger/upset/annoy me to the point of making angry, ranty posts about it. Nothing about a video game is worth taking a hit to mental/physical health. The only way to stop it, is to stop supporting those who create the things that send you into that downward spiral. Making posts does nothing but show that it got you so upset.
I mean....f**k dude...you went straight into "I *hate* her, can we kill her?" over a fictional character in a game. Straight to Hate & Death. I could understand this sentiment if you were talking about a serial killer, or a tyrant killing women & children in some country in the real world...but, a video game character? You can't just say "God, she's annoying" to yourself, and move past it? Why do some people let games control them and their emotions so easily? Mental Puppetry. Yes...I said it....you allowed yourself to be manipulated into anger by a fake creation...regardless of how briefly it was, or how intermittently it might occur.
Some people say Mind Control, MK Ultra...all that stuff is conspiracy theory...
I see people react to stupid, ultimately meaningless s#it like this, with such animosity & fervor, and it makes me feel that the 'conspiracy theory' is alive and well in the gaming industry. LoL
Imagine having such a sad and hate-filled life.
lmao ok, so are you better in any way?
