DX11 feature level 10.0 is required to run this game.

Windows 7 64 bit, updated.
Nvidia GeForce 1050Ti, recent drivers (from 3 days ago).
Directx 11.
DXDiag shows no "feature levels" AT ALL.


Any ideas?

Did the file verification, but still GameUserSettings.ini file is just plain empty. Can't try this way either.
