Super Deluxe Edition: Missing content
I had bought the super deluxe edition, which comes with a bunch of skins and weapons, as well as the season pass.

Season pass is there, i have a pair of guns and a grenade mod, as well as the retro futurist set.


However, the one i wanted, Neon, is nowhere. I have checked the mail and all, but is not there. Anyone else? It seems it was a common issue with EPIC too.

Edit: Before everyone comes "Check your ingame mail" it has been done and rebooted game quite a bit.

Super deluxe comes with Deluxe content, which includes the Neon, as far as im aware and i just checked for the 5th time...

Missing the buttstalion cosmetics, and out of all the delux stuff I only got the retro and toy box. Interesting.

Same thing is happening to me. If I am supposed to start with the butt stallion stuff and toy stuff then that is missing, and neon items are missing as well.

However I seem to have retro skins working just fine which is weird

Honestly this sounds like they forgot to attach the DLC delxue codes for redeeming , lol

Same, no super deluxe content, no booster, no neon stuff, none of that. i only got retro and toybox, nothing else in my mail now

So I'm stupid and posted without checking my mailbox. I now have retro, toy guns, and the grenade. No booster or neon still though

@Xentik if you mean a delayed gift then maybe. But you're supposed to get the items at the start of the game
