All main characters in borderlands 3 are women

Lillith, Maya, Ava and Tannis. So where is the gender equality for men? I mean if you play as zane you not part of the main group because your character has no development or screentime in cutscenes. I hope borderlands 4 has both men and women in it as important characters.

Lilith would not destroy herself just to leave a logo. If she expected her primary reason for going there would end her, then she may leave her final mark, that I can see.

She didn't vandalize to die, but because she was going to be no more left her mark to continue on in a way. Nothing loser about that, just a way for a piece of her to live on which is a very human desire.

as we saw in TPS, the moon has been colonized and there are many people living there (e.g. such as the town of concordia, which had many lovely citizens who just want to live peacefully), so she probably burned many settlements with her childish firehawk vandalism, she was willing to kill many innocent children, and for what, a big doodle of a bird, lilith's legacy is the same as daenerys targaryen, but daenerys only set fire to one city, lillith burned half of the moon, she's not a badaSS, she's just an a$$

for repeat playthroughs of the main story, what about muting dialogue and just having a youtube podcast playing in the background?

because it's not about the dialogue itself. it's the waiting, that you have to sit and wait for them to finish talking before moving forward. tuning it out isn't gonna change that it has a disrespect for the player's time.

and also, i do think Lilith died. it's a "heroic sacrifice", she killed herself to save everyone else.

my speculation was that because she's like firebird, she will be reborn from the ashes later.

i'm notmarguing whether it's good writing or not. i'm making a prediction. I think that's what they gonna do, not saying that's what they "should" do. I think that's what they "will" do, if Bl4 ever happens

something else bugging me now. . the rhys and katagawa thing. it felt like the story was setting us up for some Big Reveal, like they were ex lovers, but then. . nothing.

it's not important. they don't "have" to be gay. we already have hammerlock and wainwright.
but it's ambigous and unresolved.

during the whole map of skywell, the 2 of them are doing a titfortat. they obviously "know" each other. all too well. they each know what the other one loves. what's important to each other.
as katagawa sequentially destroys rhys favorite things and then rhys retaliates by destroying katagawas favorite thing.

multiple times, katagawa says "i'm doing this for us.. . " "we coulda been together", "you coulda been part of the family", "we coulda been like brothers!"

and yeah, it could just be metaphorical, like he's talking about the corporate merger. the 2 companies could have merged, but then, that's really similar to a marriage. . is it code for them getting married?

and then a couple of times, katagawa tells rhys "just sign the surrender papers already!" , could this be code for a divorce? lkke why does he phrase it that way? "sign the surrender papers" and not just "give up already!"

i'm probably reading too much into it, but i was totally expecting an "ex lovers" reveal, which never happened

Well if the memory of kreig dlc is canon she stays she’s dead. But with new tales continuity pretty much dead with 3.

For someone who’s played the game you seem to forget that she charged into nekrodafiao an undiscovered planet. Most she did was kill creatures also considering the massive kill count every vault hunter has why is that relevant. Also she did that to prevent 2 planets crashing into each other which would probably implode a galaxy.

Katagawa gave off the gay vibes but Rhys unless stated is straight and cares for a character in tales. It’s the only consistent with the character.

Played a bit of all 3 borderland games think only ever finished the second. Just started doing some other missions apart from main in BL3. Just recently got knowledge of the whole thing with hammerlock and wainwright. Yeah that was surprising and felt a bit random. Since never recall them being gay, must of missed or forgot those dialogue moments. Almost was completely floored for a moment when miss heard something. Before the fight with the cursed ring boss on there wedding mission. Was listening to his dialogue before the battle in the background before reaching him. I swear I Hear something about his daughter and them being together forever. Think was half paying attention maybe was in battle. Soon after I hear a female voice say how she loves him and will be with him forever. Was like what was that?

Hammerlock was always into guys in 2 it was a throw away line for a side mission looking for an old boyfriend. As for that you must have been asleep as jacobs was being possessed by a female body snatcher.

Not sure if did every mission in BL2 unless was part of the main and forgot about it. I make same mistake on carefully reading a sentence. like when I used almost and miss heard in my sentence. If you thought I actually believed that. When was initially meaning as I thought that for a brief moment during my playthrough.

furnny is was rhys that i thought was gay, what with the flamboyant personality and the 'tache and how he picked a pink oversphere with hearts on it and always saying "rhys. .out", like "seacrest. . out", and all this time i thought ryan seacrest was gay and it turns out i was mistaken. . .

He like other characters were botched in writing. He isn't anything like he was in tales same with Vaughn. The cube was due to it being the only one that fit what he was looking for.
