Does DLC play order matter?

Just finished the campaign and will get all base game achievements before moving onto the DLC. Just wondering, can I tackle them in any order I choose?

I believe so. There’s no real chronological story order between them, or at least not that I remember.

All they should spoil is the main story, which you completed so there’s no need to worry about that.

Personally I would recommend starting with Krieg's. I feel the other three are on par with each other in terms of quality but my understanding is that Krieg's was developed during covid restrictions and its not quite up to the standard of the others.

Its not bad, just not as good imo.

really? I felt it was one of my favorites. felt truly unique out of the rest. my least favorite was the bounty of blood, although it was still enjoyable.

if what you said about krieg's DLC is true, then I wonder what it could've been like if it were developed at its full potential.

It's been a while since I played the dlc but I remember Krieg one being super short and disappointing because alot of it didn't seem fleshed out unfortunately. It had the best concept for sure. Bounty of blood was the best one imo, the setting and characters where on point and the likes.

It doesn't matter what order you play them. There is one dlc side quest though that makes sense if you did play them in order since it is a reoccurring quest between the dlc.
