Check the prerequisites for Crossplay here:
https://borderlands.com/en-US/news/2021-06-24-borderlands-3-crossplay-update/
In the game my username is Tyuxarhun.
And my friends name is Sricsi98 and Tempomathun.
Username not problem i think.
First, check that Crossplay is enabled inside the BL3 game's Options -> Network & Socials....
If that doesn't work, then you PC guys may have a VPN or Antivirus that's blocking the connection for the Crossplay. Check the settings for those software on your PC - disable those security software and see if Crossplay works.
For PC, the internet router settings also should be checked to see if there's any blockage there. Some of the router troubleshooting steps that you might need includes turning on UPnP, upgrading the firmware, opening network ports (port forwarding), enabling DMZ, or a factory reset, etc.
In the router settings, below-listed ports should be opened (port forwarding):
–TCP: 3074
–UDP: 88,500,3074,3544,4500
For XBox, check that the Network settings have NAT as Open.
