About Bloody Harvest/Terror Anointments
I just started playing the game recently and there are tons of stuff to do for sure, but is Terror Anointments still good/strong? I rarely seen people running Terror Anoint and running mainly spec or weapon anoint.

they didnt really get nerfed afaicr just other annoints better for your build
