How's the interaction between Rough Rider and Thin Red line?
do i get a shield if i have that passive?

I'd guess - no shield, low health

This skill reduces Moze's maximum health, but increases her maximum shield capacity by the same amount.

the passive increase the shield a flat amount based on her health, not the shield, so in theory it should work?
