Game crashes when loading character screen

The game wouldn't go pass signing in/ loading screen. It crashes every time there.

I've tried verify integrity, reset graphic settings, use DX11/12, and even reinstall it.
But I tried opening the game without internet connection and it seems to work normally. Then I connect the internet back on then reopen and its back to the same thing again.
Anyone got a clue how to make this thing work?

PS. I was just playing yesterday and it was running fine.

I had this same issue and I found out how to fix it.
Just make another character (or use a character you made already), start the game on that character, and quit out whenever you load in. Select the character that was crashing and load into that one. Doing that fixed my problem, hope it helps you too. :)
