Unplayable lags

Just bought this game with 3 friends but it barely works in coop. Insane lags and spikes for all of us, and even solutions from online guides made it only slightly better. It also fails to connect to lobbies most of the times. All of us have good internet connection and decent PCs.

Upd: it did become better after like an hour in game, but it still gives big spikes to all of us except for host every 30-40 seconds

Its not about that. Fps is fine, its ping and spikes, connection kind of lags

i recently bought borderlands 3 ive had no performance issues until yesterday where i would get a solid 80 fps now its all over the place and stutters terribly in combat

Give it some time, you just started the game.

It's a very common problem with BL games.

Multiple causes like Shift Server connection. Make sure you have an account with Shift and tie it to Steam Account.

If your FPS is fine, it means that your video drivers is fine. So mostly it's the sync between the Shift Servers which is likely to group you under the lowest pings with other BL3 gamers.

That's to assumed that you're not downloading anything or running a problem with internet connection.

There are so many problems and solutions out there. Try google search on it.
