wont launch what so ever

So i dont know what the deal is. i've verified my files countless times, reinstalled 4 times, tried to run as admin, you name it, and for some reason this game refuses to launch for me. ive played it on steam before because i have 8 hours logged on it when it came to steam but now it sits in this launching loop where i hit play, pops up with steam sync with cloud, loading splash screen for a few seconds, then crashes and repeats the cycle till i hit stop over and over. has anyone else had this same issue? and fixed it???

Specs of your PC?
Anything else running at same time?
Is this the only program having a problem?

Did you run the second executable found in the games installation folder? (go into the Steam folder under Common, and search for exe files for BL3, you'll find two of them, one which runs the game, the other that resets important settings that may get overwritten by other games or Windows updates). Do other UE4 games work? What about TTWL (if you have it)?

Sorry guys totally forgot about this thread lol. though i figured it out! so i was once again delving through the internet for solutions and found something interesting....someone on reddit was having an identicle issue to what i was having and someone suggested turning off "run in admin" mode through properties. so i went with it and unchecked the damn box and it launched INSTANTLY!!!! for some reason it doesnt like being run as admin even though ive seen multiple threads saying to run as xD.
