HELP

my game keep crashing i have tried to delete it just keep crashing please help me

If I were a gamblin' man, I would bet that many ppl are going to want a little more info to go off of other than, "it just keep[s] crashing".

When does it crash?
Does your system at least meet the minimum requirements?
What are your system specs?
What graphics settings are you pushing?
Vsync enabled/disabled?
Is your frame rate limited?
Compatibility mode?
Run as Administrator?
Resolution of monitor matching resolution of game?
Drivers up to date?
game up to date?
Steam up to date?
Verify integrity of game files?

Try supplying some more info. Unless someone whips out a magic wand and solves your problem it's not gonna get any better.

first do the basic steps, aka the "first aid" of video game problems on steam

-restart the game
-restart steam
-restart your PC
-run steam/the game as administrator
-validate the game files
-update your drivers
-search online for similar problems or post about it
-reinstall the game

I have the same issue. Never experiencied anything like this with the BL3 Super Deluxe EGS version. With the BL3 Ultimate Steam version, every now and then the game shutdown my entire PC, try to k*ll my GPU, and I have to wait some minutes to even turn the pc on again. Haven't found any fix or what it causes it till this moment. Sadly, I'll be forced to buy the BL3 Ultimate again, at the EGS, for only 50 BRL and see if I can play at peace there...

Games don't shut down pc's. You have a hardware issue. Inadequate psu? temps? This is something you should address right away. Serious damage can occur, it's shutting off to protect itself or your psu just can't handle it. Also which version you play makes no difference, it's still the same game.

here is some info after one hour it usually crashes i use the hp 15 omen i use max graphics game runs smoothly then out of nowhere it crashes sorry for not giving info right away

You are playing on a laptop, max settings and the game crashes randomly. Probably overheat problem
