Anyone has/had crazy shadows flickering ?
Cant seem to fix it no matter what ?

have you tried verifying fileintegrity? Tried changing settings? What are your specs, what settings are you running?

Doubt it matters what I have, all is up to date anyway, i5-12600k and rtx 3070 ti, the game runs fine, but its flickering everywhere with black bars or shadow bars, cant explain it.

HAPPENS ONLY IN BORDERLANDS 3 SO ITS NOT GPU FAULT

I think this is one of the games which are not cross compatible between G-Sync and Freesync. Just in case

The hardware + settings ALWAYS matter as nobody can know what you have - you might just as well be one of the people claiming to have a super gaming-rig with their FX6300 and GTS 250 (yes - i have seen such claims)

Ok - that is NOT shadows, these are entire polygons missing. You have this but in BL3 ?
Are you sure the game is running on the 3070 and not on the iGPU?
