Starting New Game @ Level 50

How do you start a new game at level 50?

I played through TVHM once with one character so far. Are there any other prerequisites?

you don´t maximum you can start at is 13 with DLC installed

Take an an old character, save, use the savegame editor to lower your level to 50 and rreset your game data (quests), etc).

OR start a new game and use the save game editor to raise your level to 50.
