Intense motion sickness
I feel physically ill after every session playing this.
I think its because of all the super bright effects that make everything darker because I have good fps and theres barely any camera shake.
Is there any mod or config file I can edit to remove this god awful auto exposure effect??

The only visual options are for crosshair color changes.
I turned the viewbob all the way down but I dont think thats the issue.

low Field of View (FOV) is a common cause of motion sickness too. Try increasing your FOV.

if you're gamimg on a laptop with pwm light display, it might be because of a low frequency (it is not the refresh rate, but the brightness dimming system).

https://laptopmedia.com/gb/top-laptop-pwm-ranking-rated-by-negative-impact-on-eyesight/

and of course, as Migz said, higher FOV would help a lot, even if, at high levels, it creates some sord of fish eye vizion. also motion blurr - "on", would help.
also playing further away from display will help. do not forget - room lighting condition, level of sound if you're playing with headset.
ps. i know these are not the answers you were looking for, but i'm only trying to help.

I have a 165hz ips monitor and fov increase didnt help at all
Camera shake is already at minimum
I really think its the over the top light effects but theres nothing I can do about it so I'll just have to play in short bursts

"r.LensFlareQuality=0

r.DefaultFeature.LensFlare=0

r.DefaultFeature.Bloom=0

r.BloomQuality=0"

Agreed. Back up from your monitor or reduce the window size of the game. It'll help.

So, what is your hardware and CPU and GPU specs? Do they fall under the recommended hardware requirement?

We have no idea the suggested config will work but it's known to help.

I suggest you go into the video display settings in the game and set it to the lowest possible. This will help improved the frame rates that might be the cause.

I get over 100fps on max settings and I have already tried using lowest settings for more frames but it doesnt help

Try reducing your framerates. It could just be motion sickness from how smooth 100+ fps can be. My first high frequency monitor was in 2002, and for days gaming would make me sick at 120-140hz.
