Skill descriptions cannot be scrolled
I have the problem that the skill descriptions in the player overview / inventory overview cannot be scrolled. If there is a lot of text, I can't read the bottom text. This is quite annoying.

Is there any trick to this or is it a bug?

What specifically do you want to know? The screen resolution is 1920 x 1080. Screen: Acer XF273 F.

That is a well known and old problem.
Only thing you can do: Write a ticket to gearbox/2k-support.

still not fixed... does writing to support work ? Its a dead game .. didnt even get a caracter dlc
they moved on its in maintanance mode
