Yes (even pre-buff), although it still relies on a have a good sniper, namely one of the good legendaries, to keep up with other weapons.

Sand Hawk, Complex Root. Since the buff, the Storm sniper rifle is quite good, as well, though I don't know how well it synergizes with Fl4k. Be careful of using the Root if you have splash damage radius bonuses on your class mod or artifact because it can go full seizure mode and kill you, lol.

If you throw on a Sand Hawk and set it to semi auto, you will absolutely wreck things. Splash bonuses are great for it, too, though it can't roll a splash anointment itself.

The Wedding Invitation sniper from the Broken Hearts Day event at Mayhem 10 is the one I use successfully, great damage and extremely ammo-efficient (as on MH10, fights can take a while, ammo might become an issue again). Perfect for flesh enemies, and even shields will go down quite fast.

Not sure if I ever tried the Storm before, if so, I dismissed it as I don't like charge-snipers. But now I got a MH10 version, and tried that after reading about it here, and I must say that it definetly kicks ass (although I still dislike the charge..).

Got a monocle with 100% ASE cryo the other day, it is still oneshotting stuff on M10 in DLC areas. With and without fade away.

ASMD also oneshots entire trash packs with the orb, but same like the sandhawk it isn't actually a sniper rifle.
