Thank you for your reply. After viewing your DxDiag/MSInfo files, I would now ask you to try the following things. Please do them in the order as provided.
Firstly, try running the System File Checker. The System File Checker is a utility in Windows that allows users to scan for corruptions in Windows system files and restore corrupted files.
To run the SFC, just follow these steps:
1) Click on the Start button and in the search field type "CMD".
2) In the list of results you will see "Command Prompt" please right-click and select "Run as Administrator"
3) In the new window please type "sfc /scannow" (note the space between sfc and "/")
You may have to run this up to 3 times to verify/fix all the problems.
You may find more information about the file checker on the Microsoft's support site found here
After you've run the file checker, please let us know if it was able to find any issues and resolve them all.
We also ask that you please include the CBS.log file that SFC will create after the process is complete when responding. To locate this file;
1) Click on the Start button and in the search field type "CMD"
2) At the command prompt, type the below command and press ENTER:
findstr /c:"[SR]" %windir%\Logs\CBS\CBS.log >"%userprofile%\Desktop\sfcdetails.txt"
3) The file "sfcdetails.txt" should then be created on your desktop.
4) Attach this file with your response.
Now then, please also try running the game in a "Clean Boot" of Windows after running the System File Checker to see if there is any other program interfering with the game.
The instructions on how to do this are here
The article also explains how to boot back into your normal Windows environment.
Also, please re-verify your game integrity once again while in Clean Boot before launching your game. To do so;
Steam
1. From within the Steam Library page, right-click on your game and select "Properties".
2. From within the "Local Files" tab select the option to "Verify Integrity of Game Cache".
Epic Client
1. From within the Epic Games Library page, click on the "..." button below the game.
2. Once open, click "Verify" in the drop-down navigation.".
