Are there any decent sniper rifles in this ?
Because at level 26 all I can find is piss poor sniper rifles with up to 279 element or amazing lasers with up to 800+
Keep reloading at Sanctuary for the weapons shop and Elerium shop.

Is that on a legendary? As I recall, that usually means the elemental effect is triggered in some non-standard way. Like I think the companion is listed as 0%, because it's 100% on crit, and 0% otherwise.

Breath of the dying is another legendary with 0% chance to deal ... corrosive damage.
I think it's just to deal the corresponding damage type but without the status effect.

I think the status proc chance on Breath of the Dying is on the orbs it spawns. Been a while since I last used it though.
