EDIT: If doesn't work, check the stats again: Map Galaxy View > Press R.
See if it says 30/30
30 out of 30 discovered.
Nothing worked.
That encouraged me to start a new character.
When it came time to interact with the stone in the lab with the new character I did that and then one more on a planet and the achievement popped.
Seems I needed 31 or 32 out of 30 depending on if you need the one in the lab to count towards the total.
I'm quite enjoying playing Zane with the Guardian points carried over from the original character, so not all bad.
Yea I've read that some achievements are bugged when you play in Co-Op and I feared that playing the game again with a new char might be the only solution for me.
Thanks, I didn't know that but I'd rather not use any third party software.
Sadly this is too true, everything just feels like a cheap cashgrab by now. Luckily I got the Season Pass 2 super cheap. It literally adds nothing to the game but at least I could get the last few achievements that way. Well, except the Eridian Slab one..

THANK YOU so so much. I loaded up the save file you provided and as soon as I scanned the first Eridian Slab in the Droughts the achievement popped. I really expected having to visit all 30 again but I guess I was even more pleased with this result. Though I would have never expected it and can't really imagine why it worked this way. Something about this achievement is super broken, let's see if they ever get to fix it in the future.
Anyway, thank you a lot again!
