Mysteriouslier Ghost of Karass Canyon | Find Francis Head BUG

Today I doing the mission, Mysteriouslier Ghost of Karass Canyon | Find Francis Head, but I kill the boss beef plissken... and I can't go to the mission destination, the door is not open...
i restart my game or come to again the map, but the problem is still there... how can i fix this question?

Claptrap is supposed to open it for the mission to advance. Perhaps find someone who hasn't done that mission yet and join there game to advance.

Sometimes it happens. I had to wait for 5 minutes before Claptrap open the door.

Next time such things happened, don't quit the game yet. Try going back to Sanctuary and fast travel back. Sometimes it will work without quitting.

Had the same issue in my game just now. I exited to the main menu and rejoined the game. Once in, I went towards the trashpile Claptrap was in and his dialogue re-triggered and he came to open the door.
