What are the three bars above my level for?

I noticed there are three bars above my level, but the game didn't explain what any of them are for (at least, from what I can recall).

The top most one that is yellow is obvious, that's my EXP until the next level.

Below that there is a green one, no idea what that one is for.

And below that is a third bar that I have never seen go up.

Purple is Guardian Rank progress and green is Vault Card level progress.
