I sweat this is the stupidest thing I've ever seen lmao but it's stupid in a fantastic way. you basically have 100,000% chance to get a legendary drop when killing an enemy for 12 seconds. it's not EVERY SINGLE kill that the effect will take place, but when it starts, the ball keeps on rolling with legendaries for that 12 seconds.

I seriously recommend getting it while you can as it only costs 5 keys, but if you want one with bonuses then that'll cost you another 5 keys to re-roll the parts. also the smg's are pretty cool as well, especially the one that changes element based on weakness of the enemy. it's sorta like an all-in-one.

edit: also I hope Gearbox never nerfs this. this is more or less a fun gimmicky item to use when you feel like having a good time with good loot, but if people feel if it's too cheat of an item, then they just shouldn't use it.

edit 2: the shlooter artifact was already nerfed ._. instead of 100k% chance of legendaries, it's now 1000%. still not too bad though, you'll prob get a decent amount of legend drops but not as crazy as it was before.

plus I have to disable my last stand deathless so I lose 200000 shield strength


CORRECTION I stand corrected i restarted the game with it equipped and the badass drops got better

it does work in my experience, along others that have shared their drop rates in the discord I'm in. not sure what luck you have, though. if you want, I can add your shift and give you some vault 2 card gear that you may have wanted instead of the artifact. just list it here if you're interested.

yes I stand corrected I will flog myself with a cat of nine tails as penance
i restarted the game with it equipped and the badass drops got better but I still miss the shield boost from my deathless
when I switched to it in the middle of a run there was no increase that caused my confusion

Thanks for the offer of the gear but I already have both smg's and i am just not a grenade guy

Just got the Schlooter artifact and killed the scrap-trap boos with a total of 3 legendary drops. Before it would give me 1-4 so yeah, disappointing.

you can reroll it until it gets that as a passive. otherwise, no.

It increases world drops, not specific drops. At least thats what i gather, i haven't gotten it yet.

Yeah, it just makes non-dedicated legendaries drop more often than ever. It’s a fun gimmick item to use that may get you something totally awesome, but I wouldn’t count on it to farm any one specific item you’re looking for.
