Report a translation problem
I provided some screenshots, and in the end the support mentioned that they'll pass on the details to the devs. I also mentioned that there are multiple reports of the issue, and I provided links to this very forum as well. Support acknowledged that they are really there only to capture information and of course they may ask some standard questions like clearing the cache or reinstalling, which I told them don't fix the issue and is not the root-cause. But they're kinda obliged to ask them, and their service desk may support a hundred different games, so obviously their hands can be tied on more complex issues.
